Deposits
Where a bond is required on a property it will be registered with either the www.depositprotectionservice.co.uk or www.mydeposit.co.uk .

HMO Licences
We have registered all the properties requiring a HMO License with Sheffield City Council. Over the last year we have had regular meetings with the council to assist them in drafting the finalised legislation.

Gas Safety Certificates
All our properties have annual gas safety inspections by Gas Safe (previously CORGI) registered engineers.

Energy Performance Certificates
Every property has had an EPC which lasts for 10 years.
