We take pride in maintaining our properties to a high standard but occasionally appliances and boilers do break down. You can rely on us to make the repairs quickly and efficiently whilst keeping disruptions to a minimum.

We only use tried and trusted local contractors and we also employ a full time handyman to ensure we get to you as quickly as possible.

You don’t need to be present during contractor appointments as we hold a spare set of keys to your property. However we will provide you with notice so you can, of course, choose to be present.

White Goods Repairs

All fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and electric oven repairs are made by our local contractor, D.A.R.T. You can contact them directly on 0114 2661699.

Urgent Repairs

For repairs of a more serious nature, please contact our office on 0114 2667666 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).

Out of Hours Emergencies

In the case of an emergency in the evening or weekend, you don’t have to suffer in silence. Look up a local contractor from the Yellow Pages but make sure you ask for a receipt so we can reimburse you. For extreme emergencies, e.g. a burst pipe, please call the office on 0114 2667666 and listen for the out of hours emergency number on our answerphone.
